Our Philosophy
At Century Childcare your child’s happiness is our foremost concern. We believe strongly in the benefits of parents and teachers working together in the interest of their children's development. Our philosophy is based on the belief that children are special human beings whose mental and physical growth is dependent on love, nurturing, work, rest, and play. Through support and guidance, each child’s individual needs are met, keeping in mind the child’s different rates of growth socially, physically, emotionally, and academically. The aim of Century Childcare is to have each child leave as a happy, confident, considerate, active decision maker ready to meet the next challenges in his/her life.
Our Staff
Our teaching staff are fully qualified Registered Early Childhood Educators and/or Montessori Teachers. They have all earned diplomas and/or degrees from recognized institutions of child studies and have had many opportunities to work with young children in various educational and play settings over the years.
